Hi, I’m Jodi.

You should know, I'm just like you. Human. Far from perfect. Learning every day on my real food journey.

I’m a mum in a busy home. I have had my own health issues. I’ve been overwhelmed and not known where to start. That's how I got here. I’m a work in progress.

I am both a graduate and current student of The Nutrition Academy, founded by nutritionist Cyndi O’Meara of Changing Habits, where my studies have taught me to question the mainstream ideas surrounding health, wellness and nutrition such as the outdated food pyramid, the idea that all fat is bad and cholesterol is bad for us. Instead I ascribe to the idea that food and health are very individual and what works for one person will not work for another. 

My goal is to help families discover how easy it is to live a vibrant healthy life by going back to basics, eating like our grandparents did, eating fresh, seasonal, real food.  It doesn't need to be difficult, complicated or overwhelming.
